We Are Here

Hola! We are here at the CCM in Guatemala City. What a crazy journey. A 2 hour delayed flight from LAX to Guatemala but then a lady had an emergency and we had to make an emergency stop in Mexico City. My comp is Elder A and he is 20 years old and halfway to his degree at BYU!!

I am the 2nd best Spanish speaker out of the 34 missionaries that were on the flight to Guatemala. The food is fantastic. I felt that heavy feeling of a mix of homesickness and fear of the unknown but I was able to get rid of it through prayer.

I love it so far. Just the best! I cannot wait to learn Spanish! It's gonna be great for sure! We got picked up from the airport in two school buses and rode 20 minutes in crazy crazy crazy traffic to the CCM. It is way nice. All the stuff is clean and new since they just remodeled. Sorry I had not time to plan this email and so yeah!!  kk gotta go! Love you ALLLLLL!!  BYE!
